UPDATE: IN MARGARET RIVER AT THE MOMENT!

hello!!!
sorry for not updating often lately, but it is really difficult over here as we are most of the time on the road or in places you cant be relaxed on your computer for a while. anyways! we are in Margaret river at the moment, and it has been super good! yesterday it was fun, with loads of wind and fun size waves.

a couple of days ago, on our way down from Geraldton, we stopped in Greenhead and we did this contest of the WA Tour. I entered the Open division with the men and I did third!!!!!!!!!! i was pretty fun sailing and riding, and it was a great event!!

then we started the Severne Photoshoot in Ruttnest island and as it was the day before Australia day it was full of people and a lot going on! so after a full on day of "work" sailing and shooting all the freeride and slalom gear, we could enjoy a beer for half an hour before getting back to Perth. and well... thats it so far. these last days here in Margs have been super fun sailing!

GERALDTON

I have been here in Geraldton for four or five days. man!!! it is hauling!!!!! soooo windy!!! i am so overpowered on 3,7! they say it is not normal... i hope it goes down a bit or i am going to kill myself! so far I have sailied COronation beach, Spot X and Hell's Gate. pretty fun all of them!!! but too windy!!!!!!

people here is super friendly, and now we are staying at Ian and Miche´s house, they saw we were going to camp and they invited us over. really cool bbq last night with Ian playing his guitar.

hello!!!

i made it!

i arrived to Australia three (or four??) days ago. and man! it has been great! i havent had time to recover from the trip! everyone is laughing at me cause i am so stiff i am always stretching something! Laure picked me up and then I jumped in the car with Ben and Emma and we headed to Geraldton. now they left but as it is really good up here, i decided to stay with Dani (Aeberli) and Kate. here is so nice! everyone is super freindly and you can always stay with someone. we were going to camp, but as we were threee of us a friend of Ben, Ian,invited us to his place. today, windy again! sorry no pics! useless!!!

NICE GOOD BYE TO GC...ON MY WAY ALREADY TO OZ

I am on my way already to Oz. I am in the UK for a few hours and this evening I leave to Perth. Yesterday, after some weird weather in GC we had a nice sunny glassy day with good waves, perfect to say good bye to GC and have a sweet memory in my mind. the pics are not from yesterday, it was another smaller day in the same spot. I am not Keala, but I love it. It seems like they will have some strong wind over there that I will miss, but I hope Australia provides good conditions when i get there!!!!! Laure (Treboux) will be there, and Scotty (McKercher) and Boujma, and Ben Severne, and more people i guess. I cant wait to see them and go sailing with them!.

WEIRD WEATHER PERIOD AND GETTING READY FOR OZ!

It had been a month of a lot fun good surfing, SUP and some sailing attempts. But so much of non-stop sessions on the water is making me be very down at the moment. the flu over here in the Canaries has been a killer one this year. everyone has gone properly sick at some point. but to me it has been more about being on the water a lot. well,my throat got funny and now that I am leaving to Oz in a couple of days, i want to be fully recovered for the trip. anyways, the weather has been very funky, with chopi in the north and some weird winds not really good for sailing in the south east. so it has been hard staying out of the water, but not too bad. I will keep you informed!!!!!

SPANISH XMAS ARE FIIIIIIIINALLY OVER!!!!!

Ok, Xmas is really nice: you get to get together with your mates more, you have dinners with your family more often, etc. BUUUUUUT..... it is too much already!!! since i arrived on the 8th, there was always something going on!!! dinners with these friends, dinners with the other friends, dinners with this family, dinner with more family, new year's eve... puffff... too much!!! but today, finally, it came to an end. We had the last celebration of the Xmas with the "three Magic Kings". It is the day in Spain when we give the presents (not in Xmas day), and it is the end of all this craziness. luckily, we have been able to be on the water everyday, so it has been super nice as well!!!!!

Now, back to reality and back to normality!

SUPER FUN NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!!!!!

Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It hasnt been very windy over here still, although i know i missed one day sailing in the south, but you cant be everywhere everytime. we were trying to sail the north shore instead, but failed mission. Anyways, the surfing has been super good... and it looks like the swell will carry on for a while. the forecast calls for some trade NE winds, but in winter you cannot trust the forecast so much.

New Year's eve was super fun. We had a massive concert in front of the house, the "Abba Show" before midnight. So we welcome the year with my family there and after we headed to a friend's party, super fun!!!
