well, i had a small set back. Do you remember I was walking already?? well, I think that I got too excited and forced it too much. That day I think i forced it too much, at the gym, and going at the sea front twice (with a little help from one crutch, but still..), so by end of the day the foot got painful. the day after it hurted to put pressure on it, so I didnt do any therapy or anything. I am scared I f*cked it up, but they say that it is normal.. well... i will try again today...
