Hi There!!!!
Yesterday night I got my first session of fisiotherapy. they took all the bandages off and this is how it looks like!!! awful!!!!!!!!!!!!
check how skinny my poor leg is compared with the healthy one!!!!
Well, now my foot is free, but i still cannot use it, i cant walk or anything, but at least it is more comfortable. It is a bit scarey, as the foot doesn't have any protection at the moment, so if I fell ( I wont!) it will hurt for suuuuuuure.
we did some movement with the foot, and then some electric stimulation to regain my poor muscle.
My ankle feels so relief...I can move my foot back and forth... feels great!!!!
