the Pozo Izquierdo Wave competition started today, but it seemed like it didn't.
This year, the event seems decaffeinated: not only we have only wave discipline (normally there is always Slalom too), but also, there is not much on the beach at all: only a few containers and a few flags.
it is really sad, that a such a legendary event, a hard core high-wind contest like Pozo, has such a poor infrastructure and organization this year. I know times are tough, but I am pretty sure that it wouldnt take too much to put a little bit more effort to make it a bit nicer. I hope things change for the years to come.
Even the wind seemed to be complaining about it as it didt show up at all today!!!
